There are many big markets and very nice hotels and hostels in Selimiye. All kinds of needs can be met in Selimiye, which also has a health center and a pharmacy. Fuel is supplied only by tanker at the Municipality pier, and the TURMEPA boat (0850 460 67 67) serves for collecting boat’s domestic waste.
